 About me:
My passion began with my own personal journey through chronic pain.  After the birth of my second child, I found that even the simplest of tasks were challenging due to not only pelvic and low back pain, but widespread body pain.  After finding relief, it became my mission to help solve pelvic pain and dysfunction for women as well as helping women to create a sense of ease of movement in their bodies.
